We have a problem that version 4.1 sometimes freezes even though the device continues to run. Sometimes at the beginning, sometimes in the half of the run. There is only possibility to stop the run. Is this a problem with this version?

Yes, this could be a problem with version 4.1 of qPCRsoft. It seems like the software freezes during the run, but the device continues to function. This issue may need to be addressed by the developers of the program to investigate and fix the problem.
We have several qTower 2.2 instruments with QPCRsoft 3.2 installed at our facility. I have a couple of questions regarding the software. Is the software 21 CFR Part 11 compliant? If not, is there a plan to upgrade the software in the near future? Will the software operate under Windows 7/10? If not, is there a plan to upgrade the software?

I've searched the web and all the available websites and couldn't find if the qPCRsoft is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant or not. I've even downloaded the user guides and manuals to look for this data and couldn't find anything.
You should get in touch with the official developers to find out more about the software and its compatibility with what you need.
